The Fenlons' Hartwell Lakehouse sits on the quiet shores of Hartwell Lake in northeastern Georgia — far enough from the main drag to feel private, close enough to town to feel connected.

We built this place for people who don't want a lobby, a key card, or a daily housekeeping schedule. We want you to walk in, drop your bags, and immediately feel like you've arrived somewhere that was made for exactly this kind of pause.
